DELIVERY
We will deliver the order on a sustainable, efficient and cost-effective way. The cost of the delivery is always covered by us when sending an order. Nevertheless, you are always Wellcome to send your own trucks to pick up the merchandise.
We are responsible for the loading and unloading of the trucks in our establishments and ensure that we are as efficient and careful as possible. We collect data on our every day to day operations to keep on fastening the loading time for a faster delivery and cost-efficiency.
We understand the frustration that your chauffeur may encounter and therefore we ensure they are well looked after at our facilities by having a complimentary glass of water and/or a coffee accompanied by a snack during the Morning.
During the afternoon you are welcomed to help your self to some fresh fruit and a glass of water.
